Help Raise Up the Next Generation of Community Perinatal Doulas

Community Perinatal Doulas can make a meaningful difference in the lives of families who need steady support, practical education, compassionate presence, and help navigating complex systems. Born Again Academy was built to help meet that need through a Christian, evidence-informed, virtual, and practical training model — intentionally preparing doulas for meaningful community-based work, not simply training doulas to market themselves online.

We welcome referrals from: academy graduates who believe in the training; community leaders, ministry workers, childbirth professionals, or advocates; nonprofits, churches, pregnancy centers, and community-based organizations; and Born Again Perinatal Partners developing local doula capacity.

Three Role Tiers

• Ambassador: a graduate or former student promoting the program through personal experience and referrals.
• Affiliate: an individual or organization without course experience who promotes Born Again Academy and refers future doulas.
• Partner: a Born Again Perinatal Partner helping build local doula capacity and referring trainees.

Target Student Profile

• Mission-minded and service-oriented
• Teachable, steady, and compassionate
• Interested in meaningful work supporting mothers and families
• Willing to serve within clear non-clinical boundaries
• Interested in community-based perinatal support for underserved populations
• Open to serving Medicaid populations
• Interested in long-term service development

Referral Compensation

Standard referral compensation is $100 per paid trainee referral, paid after qualifying payment clears.

• Value meaningful service to mothers and families
• Speak honestly about the program
• Encourage serious, teachable candidates
• Respect academy standards and policies
